Reviews and Ratings
Our stay had some ups and downs. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and spacious, but we experienced a leak on the fifth night and had to be moved. The hot tub by the pool was nice, but the whirlpool tub in the room had issues. The staff was accommodating and friendly, which helped, but we also heard a lot of complaints from fellow guests about various issues.
I had a good experience at the resort overall, enjoying the beautiful beaches and updated rooms in a convenient location. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, though navigating the grounds could be a bit tricky with the layout and stairs. While I encountered some issues with accessibility and a couple of disheartening experiences related to illness, the overall atmosphere was relaxing with plenty of amenities to enjoy.
I had a lovely stay at the Presidential Suites within the Lifestyle Vacation Resort complex. The resort is massive, which means you rely on golf carts or shuttles to get around, but thankfully, the wait times weren't too bad during my visit. The suite was spacious and nicely equipped, but plumbing issues were a bit of a hassle. While the VIP restaurants had good food, the others were just okay. Overall, it's a nice place, but just be prepared for the potential crowds and some service limitations during peak season.
Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While it offered plenty of activities and spacious accommodations, we faced some serious issues with cleanliness and dining options. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which impacted the service quality. Overall, it wasn't entirely the escape we hoped for, and there were definitely aspects that need improvement.
The resort has stunning grounds with beautiful beaches and a variety of pools. Unfortunately, the management's broken promises and lack of responsiveness overshadowed these positives. The dining options were limited and the accommodations did not meet expectations, leading to a disappointing experience overall.
